Measure distances and areas

Take measurements straight off the scan, point-to-point distances, angles and areas, without booking another site visit. Every measurement is saved with the building, so the whole team works from the same numbers rather than re-measuring the same wall twice.

Annotate what matters

Pin notes to real locations in the building: a snag to fix, a meter cupboard, the exact spot a contractor needs to find. Notes stay anchored in the 3D scene, so the whole team is looking at the same thing instead of describing it over email.

Lintel Hub FAQs

What is Lintel Hub?

Lintel Hub is the online home of your building's record: the photoreal 3D scene, floor plans, point cloud and documents from your scan, organised per building and viewable in any browser. Every Lintel capture includes 12 months of Hub hosting, so the record is live from the day the scan lands.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The Hub runs in any modern browser, on a phone, tablet or laptop. There is no software to install, no plugins and no licences to buy, and anyone you share with needs nothing either.

Who can see my building?

Only the people you choose. Your buildings are private to your account, and you can send view-only links to anyone who needs to see them. A link shows the building you shared, nothing more.

Can I host scans I already have?

Yes. If you have scans from a previous survey or another platform, we can host them on your Hub and help you bring your buildings across. Talk to us about what you have.

What does hosting cost after the first year?

Every scan includes 12 months of hosting. After that, hosting continues from £29 per month per building, with every feature and unlimited viewers on every tier. The full table is on the pricing page.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. You can export the point cloud, drawings, scene and documents whether or not you keep hosting with us. No lock-in is a commitment, not a feature.

What file formats does the Hub support?

Scans stream straight to the browser in our capture format, and alongside the scan you can store the documents that belong to the building, such as plans, reports, certificates and images. Need a specific format? Ask us.
