Capture is survey-grade handheld LiDAR, registered and QA'd by our team, and drawings are produced to measured-survey conventions, accurate enough to design, plan and manage from. If you need formal area figures, reporting to GIA / NIA / IPMS standards is available as an add-on.
Yes, most of our work is in occupied buildings. The scanner is handheld, nothing is installed and rooms don't need to be cleared, so day-to-day use carries on around us. Evening and weekend capture is available where daytime access is difficult.
Very little. We need access to every space you want captured, with keys, codes and any escorts arranged for the visit, and it helps if rooms are roughly as you want them recorded. If you have existing drawings or documents, hand them over and we will store them alongside the scan in your Hub.
You do. Everything we capture belongs to you. The first 12 months of Hub hosting are included with your scan; after that, hosting continues on a paid plan. You can export your data (point cloud, drawings and scene) whether or not you keep hosting with us.
